Hello I like to give an excellent review and customer service with amazing rapport establish for Ms. Nita, being so cordial willing to work through multiple tasks and handle a situation that is beyond her control. Unlike most hotel employees of other brands working the front desk she was very attentive, detailed and compassionate. She thinks outside the box and thinks ahead, where honestly you don't have to ask questions because she's already intuitive and understanding what the customer may desire or even want or may not even know they need. Ms. Nita, is very pleasant, honorable, respectful, and should be given a promotion along with an increase in compensation within the IHG brand. Very clean, neat and quiet hotel. Staff very artfully able to say no. Very strict check in times. Standard out of the box, processed and carb laden breakfast that all hotels serve. Excellent customer service and very convenient to local shopping, restaurants and any of a million churches. It’s off the beaten path which was fine with us as the price was right. Never had a hotel charge an incident fee however I did no damage so it will be returned. Staff even let me check out 30 minutes later. They truly run a tight ship and the training shows. There was always someone mopping, cleaning or wiping something. I’d stay there again when in the area. Seems they do a lot of business and a lot of trucker repeat business.

Check-in easy, good customer service attitudes. Ms. Nita, thank you. Decent lobby/waiting area chairs and bathrooms. Good parking lot, not too sketchy but still lock doors always as it is close to the interstate exit. Waffle house and burger king right next door, walking distance. The room was clean. The room was 2 queens with 4 pillows each. Comfy bed. The pillows are small and flat. Need updated pillows. The bathroom door is awkward big. It barely clears the toilet by a millimeter when opening/closing. Good shower and soaps. Change the bathroom door please. Ice machine only on level 2. Need ice machine each level. Quiet atmosphere (Friday night), no loud neighbors or disturbances. Pool was covered/closed (October). Easy check-out. Easy on/off highway access. They had free breakfast but I slept too late (6a-9a). But they keep the coffee machine going all day so you get that at least. They push you to become IHG Club Member for the lowest room rates. The room is more expensive for non-members. I know it seems like a quiet hotel, but the rooms do fill up to maximum occupancy. So its best to get a reservation. I walked-in with no reservation and I got a room luckily, but I didn't get to choose any preferences like king bed, suite, etc.....

It was a quiet place to stay. Convenient to few restaurants and gas station walking distance if you wanted to walk. The only part my family was disappointed was the breakfast was disappointed ask the breakfast attended for a beverage she said they only had tea or coffee served at breakfast. Another guest pointed out no she just didn't wanted to get it u get juice milk or water out the cooler there everything else was a 10

Had a great time here! Friendly staff especially danii! Great customer service willing to hear what you have to say and goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need to make sure you get the best stay you can have. Very neat and clean hotel would definitely recommend! Go check them out

I really enjoy staying at this location. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and there are plenty of food options within 10 minutes of here. Heck, there's a Waffle House, Taco Bell, and Burger King pretty much right next door, with plenty of other options a short drive away. Love the fact that I can grab a free breakfast every day. My only complaint would be that on my most recent visit the elevator was broken for the first 2 days of my 3 day stay and my room was on the 3rd floor, so the stairs were the only way to get to my room.

Excellent place to stop. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They had Dove soap and lotion which I use at home, so that was a welcomed surprise. All hotels I have stayed at have always had cheap soap and moisturizers that never dona good job. The Dove was the icing on the cake. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was asked by the manager if I enjoyed my stay, which I did. I highly recommend this hotel and I'm so glad that I ended up stopping there on my way back to NY from NC. I got lucky! God bless the people that work there, they are awesome !
